One-mouth Gyoza robot (Model: DX-2000GW) is the small and semi-automatic type food machine and is able to produce one-mouth gyoza (approx. 10 g) by use of gyoza pastry sold in market. Putting the pastry on the turntable by hand, the Gyoza robot automatically deposits the stuffing and wraps them, and finally delivers them onto the conveyer. The one-mouth gyoza robot is designed so that it can work by combination of the cams and links, so the machine can be stably operated.
